Job responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the maintenance of the equipment.;
2.To be responsible for the optimization, adding and changing of the function of production equipment.;
3.Training of new people to guide technical personnel to solve equipment problems and improve the professional skills of technical personnel;
4.Production of guidance documents and standard documents。

Capacity requirements:

1.Education: Bachelor degree or above (industry veteran can lower the degree requirements)；
2.Major: Electrical Engineering and automation, mechanical and electrical integration, and other related professional；
3.Working age and qualifications: with 5 years experience in equipment maintenance or safety in the automotive industry, over 30 years of age；
4.Skills required：
A.Necessary skills: personnel training, problem solving and improvement, team work and communication；
B.Job skills：
①Be able to handle and guide others to solve the equipment fault independently；
②Have a solid knowledge of electrical, and understand the latest technology in the industry, to analyze the basic reasons for the electrical problems and formulate effective measures；
③Familiar with SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI and other systems, familiar with the electrical components and the corresponding function, with a certain electrical design and innovation capability；
C.Tool skills：
①Can use CAD and other tools to update the electrical drawings.；
②Can skillfully use Step7, WinCC and other tools to modify the program；
③Familiar with the working principle of the equipment, the failure mode and failure mechanism of the equipment can be put forward the corresponding prevention program.。
